- Technical information: our hosting server records standard log data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How enquiries are stored
When you submit a form on this website, your details are stored securely in our website’s database (Fluent Forms) and in our customer relationship management system (FluentCRM), both hosted on our own server and accessible only to authorised ClickPrava staff. A copy of your enquiry is also emailed to our team. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp LLC / Meta processes those messages under its own privacy policy. If you phone or email us, we receive the information you provide through that channel.
How we use your information
